A concept that celebrates and renews the idea of a bofia-the local street canteens- which has become part of the Saudi culture.

It's a social movement
The name came from the traditional Saudi bofias that started in Alassarat Street in downtown Riyadh, then spreaded with the expansion of the city. Back in the day, the name bofia was just a mispronunciation of the word buffet-a western concept of serving different types of food in one place.
